For standard stock items there is no fixed minimum — we will quote from a single plate. Mill-order grades usually carry a one-tonne minimum, and we will state this explicitly in the quotation.
If the specification is complete, within one business day for stock items and two to three days for special mill orders.
Yes — this is most of what we do. Tell us the medium, the temperature, the pressure, whether it is static or cyclic, and the standard if there is one. We will propose a grade and explain the reasoning.
