EN 10204 3.1 as standard, issued by the producing mill, with the full chemical analysis and mechanical properties for the actual heat supplied.
Certificate countersigned by an independent nominated inspection body — required for pressure equipment and many EPC projects.
The heat number is stencilled on the material and printed on the certificate, the packing list and the invoice — a single thread from mill to your store.
Positive material identification by XRF or OES on finished material, verifying the grade physically before it is packed.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (CO / Form E / Form A as applicable), and HS classification support.
SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek or your own inspector — we arrange and accommodate pre-shipment inspection as standard practice.
Not every order needs every test. We agree the inspection and test plan with you at quotation stage, then execute against it and report the results.
Where a project requires accredited laboratory results, we arrange testing through recognised independent laboratories and include the reports in the document pack.

If the heat number on the certificate does not match the material, we do not ship it. No exceptions, however tight the deadline.
A grade that needs a mill order and a minimum tonnage will be quoted as exactly that — not dressed up as ready stock.
If material arrives out of specification, we investigate, replace or credit. We would rather carry the cost than lose the relationship.
